By accessing or using Pcfixy Ltd's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Pcfixy provides computer and peripheral repair, IT consultancy, and managed support services. The specific terms for each service will be agreed upon before work commences. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms vary depending on the service:

  • One-Off Repairs: Payment is due upon completion of the repair, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Monthly Plans: Payment is due at the start of each billing period. We accept bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and PayPal.
  • Late Payments: We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue invoices at 4% above the Bank of England base rate.

4. Warranty

Repairs are covered by a 90-day warranty from the date of completion. This warranty covers the specific repair performed and any parts supplied by Pcfixy. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or third-party modifications.

5. Data and Privacy

We take data security seriously. While we exercise reasonable care with your devices and data, we strongly recommend backing up all important data before any repair work. Pcfixy is not liable for data loss unless caused by our gross negligence.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pcfixy's total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Service Level Agreements

Clients on Pro Support and Business Care plans receive service level agreements specifying response times and support availability. The specific terms are outlined in your service agreement.

8. Cancellation

Cancellation policies vary by service:

  • Monthly plans can be cancelled with 30 days' notice before the next billing period.
  • One-off repairs can be cancelled before work commences. A diagnostic fee may apply if work has already begun.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Pcfixy website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Pcfixy Ltd and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
