Pcfixy was founded in 2025 with a simple mission: to provide professional, accessible IT services that actually solve problems without the technical jargon or inflated prices.

We noticed a gap in the market—many IT providers either cater exclusively to large enterprises or offer subpar consumer services. We wanted to bridge that gap by bringing enterprise-level expertise to individuals and small businesses.

Today, Pcfixy provides computer and peripheral repair, IT consultancy, and managed support services for individuals and businesses. We handle diagnostics, hardware replacement, operating system issues, and performance tuning for desktop and laptop systems.

Our consultancy services cover infrastructure planning, cloud environments, security hardening, and IT audits. We also deliver ongoing managed support that includes proactive monitoring, backups, user assistance, and defined service level agreements.
